Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle
• Domestic orders will be charged a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping.
• Please allow for 2-3 business days for order to be processed and shipped

• International orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle
• International orders will be charged a flat rate of $30 and will come with order tracking.
• Please allow 10-15 business days to receive international orders. 

 

• Once an item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking information.
• If you have not received your package within 7 business days of receiving your tracking information please contact us via email with your full name and order details and we will look into your delivery immediately.
• Liminal collected holds no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged orders. Each order is packed with the utmost care to ensure it arrived intact. 

 

Returns  & Exchange

• Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items may only be returned with a valid proof of purchase (online order confirmation, receipt or gift receipt) and must be unworn and accompanied by the original packaging.
• Should you wish to return or exchange an item please follow the below process: 

1. Contact us via info@liminalcollected.com within 14 days of the date of purchase and receive return authorisation. Please ensure you have order number as identification. 
2. Return your item/s in original packaging. Please ensure they are packed securely as items are fragile and return / exchange will not be accepted if items are received back in damaged condition.
3. Return shipping is at customer expense.
4. Once item/s are received back & inspected a return will be processed and you will be notified via email.
